Maurice Hutchins, 47, of Lepage Road, Windsor, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 26.

Joseph Richer, 41, of Jefferson Avenue, Bristol, was charged with operation of a drug factory and possession of a controlled substance at 8:45 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 19.

Sai Sathwik Kottapally, 24, of Munson Street, New Haven, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, theft of plates/inserts, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 10:32 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 26.

Grace Moran Dellavecchia, 22, of Hillcrest Avenue, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive on the right at 12:21 a.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 26.

Dec. 13

Adam Scheck, 45, of Arlington Drive, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 3:50 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 22.

Dec. 14

Jacob David Drechsler, 24, of Thunderbird Drive, Southington, was charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility of injury/property damage, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the properlane, and illegal carrying of a firearm at 3 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 29.

Dec. 16

Edwin Navarro, 37, of Main Street, New Britain, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, second-degree larceny, and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court at 11:35 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 17.

Oscar Vincent Morales Ortega, 40, of Pullen Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage and following too closely at 10:05 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 30.

Jose Martinez, 22, of Woodford Avenue, Plainville, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage, failure to drive in the proper lane, and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 3:52 a.m. He will appear in court Dec. 30.

Tralanda M. Humphrey, 37, of Trinity Street, New Britain, was charged with violation of probation at 10 p.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 17.

Toluwaloju Elizabeth Alabi, 34, of South Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, Calif., was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny, first-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit first-degree identity theft, first-degree identity theft, conspiracy to commit first-degree computer crime, and first-degree computer crime at 12:51 a.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 17.

Dec. 18

Stephanie Elizabeth Michaud, 29, of Northwest Drive, Plainville, was charged with third-degree assault at 6:15 a.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 18.

Dec. 19

Brandon Anthony Christino, 28, of Stuart Drive, Southington, was charged with stealing a firearm at 1:55 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 29.

Dec. 20

Makfirete Balija, 37, of Darling Street, Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:50 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 2, 2026.

Dec. 21

Robert Joseph Perrault, 32, of Scenic Drive, Southington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct at 1:12 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 22.

Christina Marie Maldonado, 30, of Sandy Lane, Meriden, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 1:27 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 2, 2026.
