The Southington Public Library Friday is hosting a local dietitian who will have food samples during a talk on foods that promote wellness.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — The local library on Friday is hosting a special program that will, literally, be good for you.
The Southington Public Library is hosting "Ten Ways to Increase Wellness"with Marisa McCoy, a dietitian from ShopRite of Southington, on Friday, Aug. 22, at 1:00 p.m. at the library, located at 255 Main St.
Guests will be able to learn the best ways to increase their general wellness during National Wellness Month.
