In Memoriam: Andrea E. Kelly

Andrea Elizabeth (Suess) Kelly, departed this life on Monday (February 8, 2016) into the loving arms of the Lord to be reunited with her husband John Kelly, her son JP and her parents.

Born July 25, 1941, Andrea was the only child of Frederick and Martha (Ernest) Suess. She was predeceased by her loving parents, husband John R. Kelly in 1997, and youngest son John Patrick in 2012.

Andrea was a devoted wife, loving mother, faithful daughter and honest friend who enjoyed giving of herself to benefit others.
Andrea leaves behind in sadness, her loving children, Kristopher (MaryAnn) Kelly of Marietta, GA; and Amy Glowka (Christopher) of Southington. “Nanny” also leaves her cherished grandchildren, M. Morgan Kelly of New York City; Paige E. Glowka of Southington; Caitlyn M. Kelly and Ryan P. Kelly, both of Essex.

Special thanks to John and Liz Glowka as well as cherished friends (both old and new) who provided unconditional love and support at any given moment.

Funeral services are Saturday 10:30 AM at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church, 99 Franklin Square, New Britain. Burial will be in Tylerville Cemetery, Haddam. Calling hours will be held Saturday morning 8:30 to 10:00 AM at Carlson Funeral Home 45 Franklin Square, New Britain.
