UPDATED: Racist Handbills Found in Southington
Southington Police are trying to determine who left the fliers at 2 locations in town.
SOUTHINGTON, CT - Southington Police are trying to find out who has been leaving racist handbills around town.
The fliers that include swastikas and the words 'white power' and 'American Nazi Party' have been left on two parked cars around the town on Friday and Saturday, according to police. Below the swastika was a URL to the following website: www.AmericanNaziParty.com.
One flier was found on a vehicle parked at the Southington YMCA on High Street and the other was found on a vehicle parked at the Southington YMCA Gymnastics center on Putnam Place, according to police.

Police said they are conducting extra checks of the areas where the fliers were located but have been unable to find any witnesses to the incidents.
