Southington Announces Columbus Day Holiday Impacts
Monday, Oct. 13, is the Columbus Day Holiday.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — Local officials this week have announced the community impacts associated with the upcoming Columbus Day holiday.
In Southington, all town offices, such as Southington Town Hall and the Southington Public Library, are closed for the Columbus Day holiday on Monday, Oct. 13.
While the library is closed, Southington Public Library officials said eBooks, audiobooks, music, magazines, and movies are always available through Kanopy, Libby App , and Palace with a Southington library card.

Normal hours for the town, schools, and library resume on Tuesday, Oct. 14.
