Southington Cub Scouts To Host Recruiting Event
The local pack will host a fun and informative information session Saturday afternoon at a popular summer camp in Southington.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — A local Cub Scout Pack is hosting a special recruiting event at a Southington summer camp this Saturday that aims to be both fun and informative.
Cub Scout Pack 19 out of Southington/Plantville will be at Camp Sloper in Southington, 1000 East St., from 1 to 5 p.m. for a special showcase event.
The event is for boys and girls in grades kindergarten through fifth-grade.

"Come check out what scouts is all about," wrote Pack 19 in an announcement.
"Scouting is centered around exciting activities, with boys and girls having fun with friends while learning skills and values that will prepare them for life."
