Southington Police Blotter: Busy Week Ends With Arrest of SPD's Own

In a busy week for the Southington Police Department, officers reported a variety of arrests that included drug charges, domestic cases and accusations of misuse of sick time by one of their own. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.
The Southington Police Department reported the following arrests:
June 22
Corey Mitchell, 19, of 103 Lawncrest Drive in Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, June 22.
Dwayne Smith, 35, of 711 Woodruff St. in Southington, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, June 22.
June 23
Kevin M. Therrien, 35, of 99 Rhode St. in New Britain, was charged with failure to maintain proper lane, evading responsibility in an accident and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, June 23.
Tikarris Mabry, 35, of 67 Colton St. in Windsor, was charged with second-degree larceny, June 23.
Brashawn Russell, 18, of 96 Birchcrest Drive in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, June 23.
Michael Badgley, 25, of 1081 South End Road in Southington, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree threatening, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor, June 23.
Andrew Kaik, 29, of 133 Quinnipiac Ave. in North Haven, was charged with misuse of plates and failure to insure motor vehicle, June 23.
June 24
Brian Stamm, 50, of 16 Roosevelt Ave. in Terryville, was charged with misuse of plates, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, June 24.
Michael Rodriguez, 29, of 25 Beacon St. in Waterbury, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening, June 24.
June 25
Rhiannon M. Daley, 33, of 1247 Queen St. in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, June 25.
Victor Bautista Dominguez, 20, of 560 Main St. in Middletown, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and simple trespassing, June 25.
Jennifer Atteratto, 40, of 8 Laird Drive in Bristol, was charged with second-degree harassment and criminal impersonation, June 25.
Nicola Davis, 33, of 453 Pleasant St. in Southington, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, June 25.
Brandon Carlson, 26, of 20 Woodruff St. in Southington, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, June 25.
June 26
Julie Marie Rich, 34, of 21 Clark St. in Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, June 26.
June 27
Stephen Robert Chapman, 47, of 45 Park St. in Plainville, was charged with second-degree larceny, June 27.
Other stats from reported traffic stops and incidents:
- Ten (10) people were cited with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
- Eight people were cited with speeding/traveling too fast.
- Six people were cited with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
- Five people were cited with failure to obey stop sign/traffic signal.
- Three people were cited with operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
- Three people were cited with following too close.
- Two people were cited with using a cell phone while driving.
- Two people were cited with failure to carry insurance card.
- Two people were cited with operating a motor vehicle without a license.
- One person was cited with soliciting without a permit.
- One person was cited with failure to renew registration.
- One person was cited with towing an unregistered motor vehicle.
