SOUTHINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest and incident logs for May 23-30, 2022, as provided by the Southington Police Department.

Monday, May 23

Kimberly Bass, 38, of Portland was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court. She was arrested at 7:24 p.m. and is scheduled to appear in court on June 6.

John Forte, 58, of Southington was charged with disorderly conduct. He was arrested at 8:30 p.m. and had a court date scheduled for May 24.

Harrison Herdzik, 24, of Danbury was charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was arrested at 7:12 a.m. and is scheduled to appear in court on June 8.

Tuesday, May 24

Jason Keyes, 48, of Coventry was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under suspension. He was arrested at at 10:28 p.m. and is scheduled to appear in court on June 7.

Mark Melnyk, 48, of Southington was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. He was arrested at 7:45 p.m. and is scheduled to appear in court on June 10.

Thursday, May 26

Ethan Christensen, 20, of Plantsville was charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was arrested at 1 p.m. and is scheduled to appear in court on June 9.

Patrick Daly, 27, of Prospect was charged with driving without a license. He was arrested at 5:14 p.m. and is scheduled to appear in court on June 3.

Friday, May 27

Marvin Gaye, 23, of New Haven was charged with possession of a controlled substance — first offense, carrying a pistol without a permit, illegal possession of a large capacity magazine obtained after 4/13, third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal trespassing, first-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, interfering with/resisting an officer, and two counts of criminal possession of a pistol/revolver. He was arrested at 5:31 a.m. and had a court date scheduled for the same day.

Devante Thomas, 28, of Meriden was charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was arrested at 10:31 p.m. and was scheduled to appear in court on May 31.

Saturday, May 28

Richard Chasse, 24, of Southington was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. He was arrested at 1:37 a.m. and is scheduled to appear in court on June 10.

Barbara Clapp, 49, of Plantsville was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. She was arrested at 12:15 a.m. and is scheduled to appear in court on June 10.

Monday, May 30

Ashley Malloy, 27, of New Britain was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace. She was arrested at 8:30 p.m. and was scheduled to appear in court on May 31.
