Matthew Fritch, 57, of Hall Avenue, Meriden, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court at 10:45 a.m. He was to appear in court on Aug. 12 and Aug. 11.
Jessy A. Capocci, 39, of Morro Street, Watertown, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:31 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 12.

July 30
Elija Rodriguez, 21, of Crown Street, Meriden, was charged with second-degree larceny at 1 p.m. He was to appear in court July 31.
David Charles Mullen Jr., 47, of Elizabeth Road, Portland, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/registration plates, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, sixth-degree larceny, and two counts of failure to appear in court at 11:20 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 12.
July 31
Christine Lauren Sylvestry, 27, of Walkley Drive, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 11 a.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 1.
Santino Francis Pompei, 28, of Walkley Drive, Southington, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree criminal mischief at 6:35 a.m. He was to appear in court July 31.

Carmelinda Kroll, 57, of Plum Orchard Road, Southington, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 2:44 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 15.
Hailey Anna Culbreth, 23, of Darling Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 4:59 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 4.

Sarah Labbe, 41, of Valley View Court, Southington, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 6:45 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 4.

Tiffany Daley Willis, 28, of East Street, New Britain, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault at 8:53 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 4.
Mariano Colon, 43, of Holbrook Street, Ansonia, was charged with reckless driving and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 7:12 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 18.

Rahquel Isaiah Cranford, 21, of Edson Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with third-degree burglary, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, second-degree failure to appear in court, and three counts of violation of probation at 10:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 5.
Alexander James Almeida-Colella, 19, of Williams Street, Waterbury, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, carrying a dangerous weapon, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 10:20 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 5.

Thiago Zanette, 41, of Bellevue Avenue, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 10:30 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 19.
Carol Soliz, 24, of Hemingway Avenue, East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 9:15 a.m. She will appear in court Aug. 19.
Ojany Javier Araujo, 25, of Muir Terrace, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 2:45 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 5.

Alejandro Rodriguez, 19, of River Street, Waterbury, was charged with conspiracy to commit burglary with a deadly weapon, first-degree burglary with a deadly weapon, criminal mischief, third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit larceny of a firearm, and stealing a firearm at 10:35 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 6.
Monica Ann Reisman, 22, of Columbia Boulevard, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:27 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 20.
Cameron H. Lovelace, 44, of Dorio Drive, Southington, was charged with second-degree harassment, violation of a protective order, and criminal violation of a restraining order at 7:20 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 7.
Ashlie R. Kelman, 37, of Elm Street, Wallingford, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief at 7:10 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 18.
Kyla Brooke Huminski, 34, of Watchtower Road, Plymouth, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:26 a.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 6.
Ronald Gatchell, 58, of Currier Way, Cheshire, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 12:30 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 20.
