Southington To Teach Kids About Being Home Alone
Town's youth services department hosting program Thursday called 'When I Am in Charge.'

But there are always a few ground rules to follow and safety issues to navigate.
Because of that, Southington Youth Services is offering children and their parents a helping hand with "When I'm in Charge."
