Still No Plea in Southington Man's Animal Cruelty Case
Christopher Gagnon allegedly abused a cat he found outside his home.

A 24-year-old Southington man is scheduled to appear in Bristol Superior Court early next month on charges of animal cruelty and breach of peace.
According to the Connecticut Judicial Branch, no plea has been entered in Christopher Gagnon's case. He is due to appear in court on Dec. 5.
Gagnon was arrested Oct. 19 after an investigation by Southington Police and Animal Control into the alleged animal abuse.
