A Beautiful Wednesday to be Followed By More Rain

Heavy rain Tuesday afternoon was followed by some clearing and even a brief appearance by the sun, resulting in this beautiful rainbow near Chief of Police Matthew Reed's home.

Mostly sunny skies are forecast for Wednesday, with a high temperature of 75. Wednesday night will be mostly clear with a low of 53, according to the National Weather Service.

Enjoy it while you can, because heavy rain is expected to return Thursday and last through Friday afternoon.
