Thursday, April 11

Adam J. Toporowski, 42, of Westfield, Mass., was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and criminal attempt to commit fifth-degree larceny, 6:38 p.m.

Milton E. Lantigua, 41, of Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, violating a protective order, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without minimum insurance and operating under suspension, 7:00 p.m.

Sunday, April 14

David B. Hernandez, 38, of New Britain, was charged with disorderly conduct and causing unauthorized damage to a motor vehicle, 4:48 p.m.

Marvens Anglade, 22, of East Hartford, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, improper display of marker plate and tinted windows obstructed view.
