Friday, Feb. 9

Cameron M. McNeely, 23, of South Windsor, was charged with third-degree assault, 8:12 p.m.

Sunday, Feb. 11

Hitesh Patel, 38, of Vernon, was charged with operating under the influence, risk of injury to a child and failure to obey traffic control signals, 5:23 p.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 13

Preethi Subramani, 49, of South Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree strangulation/suffocation, 4:18 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 14

Tommy F. Zambrano, 27, of East Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, operating under suspension and operating without a license, 5:30 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 17

Raven S. Hardy, 33, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, first-degree criminal trespass and risk of injury to a child, 12:08 p.m.

Jennifer C. Makula, 40, of Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 6:48 p.m.
