Tuesday, March 25

Julian J.S. Risby, 28, of Manchester, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:05 a.m.

Xiu Q. Liu, 57, of South Windsor, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, 2:32 a.m.

Christopher M. Corbin, 52, of Ludlow, Mass., was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, disobeying signal of officer and failure to drive in proper lane, 6:28 a.m.

Lee A. Skinner, 46, of Stafford, was charged with ue of drug paraphernalia and second-degree breach of peace, 5:45 p.m.

Thursday, March 27

Aaron H. Riley, 24, of East Hampton, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and public indecency, 1:27 p.m.

Friday, March 28

Vincent Casesa, 63, of West Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 10:51 p.m.
