Thursday, Sept. 5

Keith E. Huppe, 31, of South Windsor, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, second-degree breach of peace, violating a protective order and second-degree reckless endangerment, 10:45 a.m.

Friday, Sept. 6

Connor J. Brenan, 30, of Vernon, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and following too closely, 3:40 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 7

Gary Sparks, 40, of Vernon, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 9:08 a.m.

Richard D. LaFleur, 50, of South Windsor, was charged with violating a protective order, 3:04 p.m.

Timothy A. Hight, 44, of Manchester, was charged with violating a protective order, 3:45 p.m.
