It took two and a half hours to go through the entire program at the South Windsor High School Scholarships & Awards Night for the Class of 2013 at Maneeley’s Banquet & Catering Facility on Monday evening.
But it was well worth it, as South Windsor High's best and brightest in academics, the arts and athletics were recognized on a special night.
And after all was said and done, myriad scholarships had been awarded, 603 honor cords were handed out to 246 seniors and the top 10 students for the Class of 2013 were announced, including the valedictorian and salutatorian.
