South Windsor High School Alumna Producer on New Movie

Riva Marker graduated from South Windsor High School in 1996.

Fast-forward 17 years, and Marker is now a co-partner in an independent film company, producing films such as "What Maisie Knew", starring Julianne Moore, the Hartford Courant reports.

"I always knew I wanted to make movies, even when I was in high school," Marker told the Courant.
