South Windsor Police Log: Dec. 2-3

Sara Hall, 33, of Westfield, MA was arrested Monday on a re-arrest warrant. She was charged with second-degree failure to appear. Hall was later released on a $4,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Dec. 12. Hall’s charge stems from a missed court date for a May 2013 motor vehicle violation.
Orlando Duran, 49, of 88 Barber Hill Road, South Windsor was arrested Monday on a re-arrest warrant. He was charged with first-degree failure to appear and was held on a surety bond and was later presented at Manchester Superior Court. Duran’s charge stems from a missed court date for a May 2013 motor vehicle violation.
Denise Poulin, 42, of 89 Dart Hill Road, South Windsor was arrested Monday on an arrest warrant. She was charged with disorderly conduct and was released on $1,000 non-surety bond. Poulin was scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Tuesday Poulin’s charge stems from an October 2013 disturbance at her home in which she allegedly struck a family member.

Christopher Russo, 30, of 38 Ensign St., East Hartford, was arrested Tuesday. He was charged with second-degree failure to appear and was held on $12,000 surety bond. Russo was scheduled to be presented at Manchester Superior Court later on Tuesday morning. Russo’s charge stems from a missed court date for a May 2013 motor vehicle violation.
