August 20
James McCaffrey, 20, of 49 Benton St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and second-degree harassment.
August 21
Edgar Jaquish, 76, of 897 Avery St., South Windsor, was charged with failure to obey a stop sign and interfering with an officer.
Robert Teachman III, 30, of 296 Quarrybrook Dr., South Windsor, was charged with violation of a protective order.
August 22
Rebecca Philips, 32, of 661 Strong Rd., South Windsor, was charged with failure to appear.
Luckese Richards, 27, of "no certain address," was charged with driving under the influence, vehicle driven with intent to harass or intimidate, and possession of a controlled substance after police say they received calls that Richards chased a victim with his car near Veteran's Memorial Park and Pleasant Valley Road.
