South Windsor Police Log for Feb. 23 - 25

Andy Garcia, 24, of Glastonbury, was charged on Feb. 24 with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and operating while license is suspended. He was later released on $2,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on March 4.
Andrew Barlow, 24, of Windsor, was charged on Feb. 24 with failure to appear in the second degree and was later released on $2,500 surety bond. Barlow is scheduled to appear at Hartford Superior Court (GA 14).
Welbith Mota, 26, of Hartford, was charged on Feb. 23 with failure to appear in the second degree, operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended and failure to obey control signal. He was later released on $2,000 surety bond. Mota is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on March 5.
