South Windsor Police Log for March 15 - 17

Hector Negron, 32, of East Hartford, was charged on March 17 with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane. Negron was later released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on March 25.
Sean Mckenney, 37, of West Hartford, was charged on March 17 with issuing a bad check and was later released on a $500 surety bond. Mckenney is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on March 28.
Mckenney’s charge stems from an August 2012 complaint from a John Fitch Boulevard package store that he’d passed a bad check. An arrest warrant was later obtained for him.
Joseph Mozzicato, 21, of East Windsor, was charged on March 17 with possession of narcotics (heroin), possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended and failure to have tail lamps. He was later released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on March 28.
Joshua Romanowski, 22, of 18 Garnet Lane, was charged on March 16 with unauthorized manufacture or sale of marijuana, possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to have lights lit. Romanowski was later released on a $500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on March 28.
