South Windsor Police Log for March 19 - 24

Ely Lanier, 50, of 2035 John Fitch Blvd., was charged on March 24 with assault in the third degree and breach of peace. Lanier was held on $5,000 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Monday, March 25.
Victor Golebiowski, 43, of 116 Candlewood Drive, was charged on March 23 with assault in the third degree and breach of peace. Golebiowski was later released on a $5,000 surety bond. He is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on April 4.
Golebiowski’s charge stems from an alleged argument that took place at Pub 2, located at 59 John Fitch Blvd., in which Golebiowski punched one the bar’s patrons.

Daryl Canino, 43, of East Hartford, was charged on March 23 with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana. Canino was later released on a $500 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on April 1.
