South Windsor Police Log for March 7 - 9

Clifton Jefferson, 47, of R31 Mill Pond Road, East Windsor, was charged on March 9 with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and speeding. Jefferson was later released on $1,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on March 18.
Nathaniel Walker, 35, of Windsor, was charged on March 8 with larceny in the sixth degree and was later released on $1,500 non-surety bond. He was turned over to the Southington Police Department who held an arrest warrant for him. Walker is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on March 21.
Carla Rutigliano-Molleur, 51 of East Hartford, was charged on March 8 with operating a motor vehicle when license is suspended, unauthorized use of a handicapped permit, larceny in the fifth degree, possession of narcotics, and larceny in the third degree. She was later released on a non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on March 21.
Lakisha Bonds, 31, of Hartford, was charged on March 7 with interfering with an officer, disobeying the signal of an officer, operating a motor vehicle when license is suspended and unauthorized use of a handicapped permit. Bonds was released on a $8,500 surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on March 21.
