South Windsor's Leaf Drop Off Site Opens April 1
The site will remain open until May 10.

The resident leaf drop off site, located at the Public Works Garage at 157 Burgess Road, will be open for spring leaf disposal on April 1.
The site will remain open until May 10 at which time it will close and will remain closed until October. The site will be available by stopping by the Public Works Garage main office to receive a key to the site. The keys will be available Monday through Friday 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
The site will be open to residents to drop off leaves only.

Grass clippings and branches will not be accepted. Leaves brought to the site in plastic bags will have to be emptied and rubbish barrels will be available for their disposal. Bio degradable paper bags may be disposed of with loose leaves at the site.
Residents are reminded that disposal of leaves, loose or bagged, including any other yard waste outside the gated drop off site after hours is prohibited. The drop off site and the area is monitored and offenders will be responsible for any illegal dumping.
