It's that time again, South Windsor!
The venerable Wapping Fair will return for its 121st year in town from Sept. 5 - Sept. 8, 2013. The event features everything from entertainment and amusements to a live zoo and pig and duck races, and is hosted by the South Windsor Jaycees Foundation, a certified non-profit organization.
Admission to the fair, which is held on the fields near Evergreen Walk, costs $6 for adults, $3 for seniors 65 and over, while kids under 57 inches are admitted free.
Hours are: Thursday, Sept. 5 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., Friday, Sept. 6 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 7 from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday, Sept. 8 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
