This is a message from First Selectman Mary Mitta and Emergency Management Director James Desso: In accordance with Connecticut General Statutes Sections 28-8a(a), 28-1(8), and 28-22, a State of Emergency has been issued for the Town of Stafford and the Emergency Operations Center has been activated in preparation for Tropical Storm Henri.
