Stafford Player Hits Big On A CT Lottery Scratch Ticket
The CT Lottery was kind to a player from Stafford recently.
STAFFORD, CT — A Stafford CT Lottery player has hit it big on a scratch ticket.
On Sept. 3, a player named "Michael W," of Stafford, cashed in a $10,000 winner in the 20X Cash 9th Edition scratch game.
He purchased the ticket at the route 903 Hartford Turnpike 7-Eleven store in Vernon.
