You should work now to prepare in advance of the storm by assembling your emergency plan and supplies as well as preparing for power outages that may last several days.
Public Works has worked to clear catch basins in advance of the storm, but if you have one near your property and notice it has become blocked with debris, your assistance to clear them could help prevent flooding.
