Stamford Arrests

Erica LaShawn Brown, 37, of Hazel St., was charged Thursday evening with second-degree breach of peace and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony Dulisse, 40, of Prospect St., was charged early Friday morning with assault amd second-degree breach of peace. 

Javier Fernandez-Martinez, 22, of Drake Ave. in New Rochelle, NY, was charged early Friday morning with assault and second-degree peace of peace. 

Brian Giddinge, 22, of Myrtle Ave., was charged Thursday night with two counts of third-degree assault and two counts of second-degree of breach of peace. 

Maxwell Edward Johnson, 22, of Milwaukee Ave. in Bethel, was charged Thursday night with with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. 

Cindy Mejia, 23, of Charles St. in White Plains, NY, was charged early Friday morning with third-degree assault, breach of peace and refusing to be fingerprinted.

Teran Nelson, 25, of Washington Blvd., was charged early Friday morning with illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension. 

William Scott Ostroff, 45, of Prospect St., was charged Thursday morning with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. 

Wayne Pelham, 49, of Coram Ave. in Shelton, was charged Thursday afternoon with making or offering to make home improvements without current certificates of registration, illegal sales without a sales tax permit and violationof home solicitation sales act. 

Lissette Nicole Rodriguez, 27, of Lockwood Ave., was charged early Friday morning with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct (fighting with a dangerous instrument with the possibility of causing serious injury.)

Nancy Trace, 21, of Franklin St., was charged Thursday night with third-degree assault. 

Chuck Fernando Williams, 29, of Quintard Ave. in Norwalk, was charged Thursday afternoon with violation of probation.
