Ready to Run, and Fitness Walking Club
Are you ready to run or improve your fitness walking? Come join our informative and fun training program. Yes, running and fitness walking is fun. All levels of runners/walkers are welcome (beginners through advanced) This program is the perfect way to train for the upcoming Suffield Parks and Recreation 5K Run/Walk and 10K Road Race to be held on Saturday, September 6 and other local races. This new running and walking group will also get you in overall great shape and help you make new fitness friends. Led by an experienced running performance coach each session will start with a warm up, followed by the workout and ending with a cool down and stretches. The running workouts will be based on the levels of the runners. The participants will be coached during the session as well as given tools to continue the training on their own. Please wear proper running sneakers and bring water.

Summer Get Fit with FitBarre

Experience the benefits of engaging in low-intensity movements with high repetitions, incorporating small isometric movements, and utilizing light weights, core balls, mini bands, and blocks to strengthen muscles and improve core stability. Join us for a fitness journey that will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and revitalized. You will be lean and strong all summer long with this fun class.

Saturday Morning Workout Fun with XGT Fitness! (Kids)
Is your child looking to keep up their training and fitness this summer? They will love this fast paced, individualized exercise program with state of the art fitness equipment. This class will over a total body workout all while having a blast with great music, instruction and fun for all fitness levels.
