Eastern Connecticut State University, Willimantic CT
- More than 800 Eastern Connecticut State University students graduated in the 2023-24 academic year, which culminated with two commencement ceremonies this May at the conclusion of the spring 2023 semester. The University's undergraduate ceremony occurred May 14 at the XL Center in Hartford, CT, and the graduate-level ceremony occurred May 11 on Eastern's campus. Among the local graduates were Suffield residents Payton Salvaggio, who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in social work, and Marcus Grant, who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English.

- Sophia Tosone of Suffield has been named to the Dean's List at Hamilton College for the spring 2024 semester. To be named to the Dean's List, a student must have carried a course load of four or more graded credits throughout the semester and earned an average GPA of 3.5 or above on a 4.0 scale. Tosone, a rising junior majoring in neuroscience, is a graduate of Suffield Academy.
University of Hartford, West Hartford CT
- The University of Hartford is pleased to announce Sara Kudas of West Suffield has been named to the Dean's List for the spring 2024 semester. The Dean's List recognizes students achieving superior academic standing. The requirement, with some exceptions, is a grade point average of at least 3.0 and no grade below C.

- Paige Remington of Suffield was welcomed into Omicron Delta Kappa National Honor Society on April 19 at the Western New England University chapter's annual induction ceremony. Omicron Delta Kappa is a national leadership honor society that recognizes and encourages achievement in scholarship, athletics, campus or community service, social and religious activities, as well as campus government, journalism, speech and the mass media, and creative and performing arts. Remington is working toward a degree in accounting.
