Our new "What are you Weighting for" Program is for you. This new, fun and informative six week programs begins on Monday, March 21 and will run through April 18 with instructor- Joy Hoisington, owner of Grassroots nutrition. What are you “weighting” for?
If you are sick and tired of having a fluctuating weight, have tried all kinds of diets and protocols that have not yielded solid long-term results, or feel that you just want a sense of community and guidance in regards to your health, wellness and eating habits, look no further! Join our new six-week group workshop where you will learn how to change your mentality around food choices and eating, exercise and well-being through a holistic and healthy approach. Participants will learn factual scientific data about nutritious food choices, water consumption, new recipes, exercise and stress management that will help improve you over all fitness. Based on the book Intuitive Eating by Evelyn Tribole, this program will give you the tools and resources you need for successful weight release and for reaching long-term, life-changing results! Let’s do it together! (This program is for everyone and families are encouraged to register together.)

Fee: $55.00 ( Discount 2nd family or more $50.00)
