See the power of redemption as we follow the story of Ebenezer Scrooge who learns that its never too late to change and love his fellow man. Director Lisa Parker shares "If you look around, you'll see numerous productions of A Christmas Carol in the area," said Parker. "That's pretty amazing for a story that's over 175 years old. But its familiarity is its appeal, especially this year when our traditional holiday celebrations are still in flux due to the pandemic." Keeping to the Players tradition of holiday shows with "a minimum of rehearsal and a maximum of fun" some of the actors will perform with scripts in hand. "Not having to memorize lines gives the cast more freedom to explore these classic characters," Parker added. "Dickens wanted us to see our own human nature in these characters, however funny or flawed we may be."
The cast: Alex Barry, Josh Barry, Shaun Barry, Jillian Bower, Mary Fernandez-Sierra, Dennis Fitzpatrick, Tom Hebert, Mariah LaJeunesse, Hanna Madler, Hannah McCluskey, Bob McGowan, Nicole Migliozi, Mark Proulx, Josh Prouser, Jamie Reopell, Dana T. Ring, Kelly Seip, Kyle Smith, Paige Stawasz, and Eva Veras. Directed by Lisa Paker
