  1. Crossroads New Ice Cream shop in Killingworth opened last week and it was a huge success. According to an HK Now article, "between 800 and 1,000 people stopped by. On Thursday, the third night that Crossroads was open, they sold out of 36 tubs of ice cream! Crossroads was sold out again on Sunday night. Crossroads is owned by Killingworth’s Mike Harkin of Harkin Engineering. Crossroads is located at the traffic circle at 250 Route 81. It is open Monday through Friday from 3 to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 9 p.m." In addition to delicious ice cream, Crossroads features plenty of seats both in front of and behind the building, along with two corn hole boards.
