- The good news continues for the Connecticut Real Estate market. Entering the third buying season amid the Covid-19 pandemic reportedly, a new study suggests that real estate prices in some areas of Connecticut communities are up as much as 20 percent. That's a bit higher than the rise throughout New England, which is approximately 15.9 percent in January from a year earlier, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency. (CTPost)
- Homeland Security was at the Yale University Art Gallery recently. However, they were not there for a visit and to drink in the beauty of the art. Instead, they were there to confiscate thirteen different artifacts, of Indian and South Asian origin. The pieces were allegedly stolen by art dealer Subhash Kapoor. (Yale Daily News)
