Back to School Movie Night and Camp Out at McCook Point Park
East Lyme Parks and Recreation will play Despicable Me on the big screen outdoors on August 30 and families are invited to camp out afterward.

East Lyme Parks and Recreation will be hosting a back to school movie night and family camp out on Friday, August 30 and invite all families to attend!
What better way to cap the summer than by spending an evening under the stars with family and friends? The featured film will be Despicable Me and will begin at 7:45 on a large outdoor screen in the upper area of McCook Point Park in Niantic. Park passes will not be needed to gain entry after 5:00 p.m.
Families are also invited to bring their camping gear and spend the night in the park for a $10.00 fee. For families who choose to do so, please stop by the parks and recreation department ahead of time to register. Any questions regarding the event can be directed to Mike McDowell at 860-739-5828.
