From the Town of Tolland:
Tolland residents can purchase a season family pass for $50.00 which will allow you beach access for the entire summer. Residents interested in a season pass should apply at the Tolland Recreation Department. Proof of residency is required. The regular daily fee for open swim (1:00 – 6:00pm) will be $3.00 per person per day for Tolland residents and $6.00 per person per day for non-residents.
