Special Voter Registration Session in Tolland

Press Release from the Registrar of Voter's Office:

A special Voter registration session will be held on July 31, 2012 between 10:00am and noon in the Registrar of Voter’s office in the Hicks Municipal Memorial Building, 21 Tolland Green.

To be eligible to register, a person must be a U.S. citizen, a resident of Tolland and 18 years of age. A 17-year-old can register to vote if they will be 18 by the November 6^th election.

To vote in the Democratic or Republican Primary on August 14, 2012, you must be a registered member of that party.  The deadline for changing party affiliation has passed.  If you are an Unaffiliated Voter (not a member of any party), you can change to one of the above parties and vote in the August 14^th primary. Mail in registration must be postmarked by August 9^th.  In-person registration deadline is noon on Monday, August 13^th.
