Tolland Historical Society Student Intern Program Accepting Students

The Tolland Historical Society Student Intern Program is accepting rising 7th- through 12th-grade students.

TOLLAND, CT — The Tolland Historical Society Student Intern Program is accepting rising 7th- through 12th-grade students to a one-hour orientation session and tour on Saturday, May 17 at 10 a.m. in the Jail Museum Shed display area.

Parking is in the back of the Old Tolland County Jail and Museum, which is located at 52 Tolland Green in Tolland.

The summer program offers students the opportunity to learn all aspects of a museum program of services, from accessioning items to giving tours and demonstrations for the public. Students earn a letter of recommendation. For more information, contact President Kathy Bach at kwbach@gmail.com.
