Traffic Light Project on Tolland Green Delayed
The state DOT hit a ledge when workers began a project to replace the traffic lights near Tolland Green.
A t on Tolland Green has been delayed until April 23 or later, according to Project Engineer Dilraj Josen.
Josen said that the workers unexpectedly hit a ledge while digging the foundations.
