STAFFORD, CT — Jacob Vik, 39, of Windham, was charged via a warrant with third-degree burglary and first-degree larceny in connection with the theft of phones from the local AT&T store. Vik was charged on a separate warrant with third-degree computer crime, criminal impersonation and third-degree larceny.

TOLLAND, CT — Sonny James Barber, 35, of Plainfield, was charged via a warrant with failure to display plates, driving while under suspension, reckless driving, engaging police in a pursuit, failure to maintain the proper lane and first-degree reckless endangerment.
MANSFIELD, CT — Eugene Rigler, 70, of Mansfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening in connection with an incident \on Woods Road.
ELLINGTON, CT — Justin Breault, 40, of Manchester, was charged via a warrant with first-degree forgery and criminal attempt to commit fifth-degree larceny in connection with forged checks from a local business.

MANSFIELD, CT — Mariah Reeves, 28, of Windham, was charged with cruelty to animals, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to carry the proper insurance via a warrant.
MANSFIELD, CT — Ushika Thada, 19, of Manchester, NH, was disorderly conduct following an altercation on Charleton Road.
