MANCHESTER/VERNON, CT — Isaac Carlos, 32, of Brunswick, ME, was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, using falsified plates, reckless driving and reckless endangerment after being clocked at 113 mph on Interstate 84.
MANSFIELD, CT — Thatcher Slocum, 20, of West Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence, a lane violation, a traffic signal violation and interfering with police after a crash on Middle Turnpike.

ELLINGTON, CT — Daniel Farrar, 36, of Ellington, was charged with failing to register as a sex offender.
MANSFIELD, CT — Craig Sweeney, 72, of Mansfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening after an incident on Eastwood Road.
Dec. 5
MANSFIELD, CT — Juliana Klimaszewski, 37, of Plainfield, was charged with the use of drug paraphernalia and first-degree criminal mischief in connection with a hotel trashing incident.
MANSFIELD, CT — Makayla Joann Poirier-Vaighter, 22, of Uncasville, was charged via a warrant with sixth-degree larceny, receipt from the illegal use of a credit card, and third-degree identity theft in connection with a car burglary.
MANSFIELD, CT — Tejshon Alexander Brown=Cook, 24, of Norwich, was charged via a warrant with with sixth-degree larceny, receipt from the illegal use of a credit card, driving while under suspension and third-degree identity theft.

WILLINGTON, CT — David Hogdon, 33, of Willington, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and violating a protective order in connection with an incident on Liska Road.
Dec. 7
STAFFORD, CT — Brett Fiore, 47, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence, interfering with police and failure to drive upon right after a crash on Orcuttville Road.
