WALLINGFORD, CT — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
Aileen has 4 kids, works at the hospital on the front line.. and still finds the time to do charitable things for others... from showing up at your house with quarantine goodies to painting rocks of inspiration to leave around town, or leaving messages of hope written in chalk on your driveway. She is an exemplary selfless human being and does a wonderful job instilling kindness, gratitude and compassion in her children as well.
