Kathleen, a loving mother and sister, served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of the Major Raoul Lufberry - V.F.W. Post #591.
WALLINGFORD, CT - (From Wallingford Funeral Home) Kathleen Ann Syme, 79, of Wallingford, died at her home on Thursday, February 17, 2022.
She was born in Meriden, March 9, 1942, a daughter of the late John and Filomena (Lombardi) Syme and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy after serving two years.
Kathleen was a member of the Major Raoul Lufberry - V.F.W. Post #591.
She is survived by her sons, Marshall E. Paluszewski and his wife Brenda of Wallingford and Michael E. Paluszewski and his girlfriend Patricia of Georgia; and her daughter-in-law, Mindy Paluszewski.
She was predeceased by her son, Mark E. Paluszewski; and brothers, John and Peter Syme.
In following her wishes, services will be private.
