WALLINGFORD, CT — Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is reopening its Wallingford location after being closed for more than two years due to a fire, The Connecticut Scoop first reported.

The Connecticut Scoop reports the restaurant, located at 860 North Colony Rd., is expected to open this spring.

Popeyes initially closed for repairs after a kitchen fire in August 2022, but never reopened.
