Popular Wallingford Restaurant To Add Another Food Truck: Report
The restaurant's owner is preparing for an addition to the eatery's fleet of food trucks.
WALLINGFORD, CT — Loren Aguirre, owner of Los Mariachis in Wallingford, is preparing to open a fourth food truck under the restaurant’s umbrella, according to the Record-Journal.
Aguirre told the Record-Journal that his goal is to own five food trucks in addition to the restaurant.
Los Mariachis, known for its popular margaritas and authentic Mexican food, is located at 105 North Colony Street in Wallingford.
