Nick Imbriglio, whose pastas have delighted Wallingford Farmers Market shoppers, will open up his own business later this month.
WALLINGFORD, CT — A lifelong Wallingford resident plans to open up his own pasta business, the Record Journal reports.
After finding success selling his hand-milled pasta at the Wallingford Farmers Market, Johnson and Wales graduate Nick Imbriglio plans to open up his own pasta supplying company at 204 N. Colony Highway (Route 5) sometime later this month or early in December. It will supply about two dozen types of pasta, including gluten-free options.
