WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Daniela Ion, 40, of Waterbury, was arrested June 16 on charges of fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 1, according to state judicial records.

Mitul R. Patel, 37, of Wallingford, was arrested June 16 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 5.

Jose M. Maldonado, 47, of Schenectady, New York, was arrested June 16 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, possession of controlled substance – first offense, use of drug paraphernalia, and operating motor vehicle without a license. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 7.

Richard D. Hagen, 61, of Wallingford, was arrested June 16 on charges of second-degree threatening – physical threat and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 29.

William D. Andrews, 63, of Meriden, was arrested June 18 on a charge of possession with intent to sell /dispense narcotic. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 12.

Nicole Bowley-Ribera, 48, of Cheshire, was arrested June 19 on charges of second-degree stalking, first-degree criminal trespass, possession of burglar tools, disorderly conduct, and interfering with officer / resisting. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 15.

Joshua Janota, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested June 20 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 19.

Greg W. Zawacki, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested June 21 on charges of operating under the influence with child passenger under 18 and risk of injury to child. He was released after posting a $7,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 7.

Kevin Greaves, 35, of Middletown, was arrested June 22 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and passing in no passing zone. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 16.

Alan Munoz-Velez, 28, of Wallingford, was arrested June 24 on charges of third-degree assault, criminal attempt at first-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, and tampering – physical evidence. He was being held in lieu of a $75,000 bond with a court date of July 31.

Angela M. Dest, 44, of Wallingford, was arrested June 24 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, and risk of injury to child. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 5.

Christopher R. Francis, 43, of Wallingford, was arrested June 24 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 5.

Corey P. Adams, 29, of Wallingford, was arrested June 25 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive upon right. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 5.

William V. Palluotto, 24, of Cheshire, was arrested June 25 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 29.

Dorothy V. Kaiser, 38, of Wallingford, was arrested June 25 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 1.
