Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Elvis Perez, 58, of Bridgeport, was arrested June 1 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 4, according to state judicial records.

Anthony A. Carangelo, 49, of Wallingford, was arrested June 2 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive upon right. He was released after posting a $7,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 1.

Berell J. Boyd, 20, of Meriden, was arrested June 3 on a charge of fourth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 31.

Marc R. Passmore, 49, of Wallingford, was arrested June 4 on eight counts of third-degree identity theft, eight counts of third-degree forgery, and one count each of third-degree larceny, and fraudulent use of auto teller. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of July 21. He was also charged with second-degree failure to appear. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of July 21.

Maria P. Cagueno-Molina, 20, of Meriden, was arrested June 5 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 14.

Erika N. Castro-Saray, 21, of Meriden, was arrested June 5 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 14.

Shawyn M. Chambers, 34, of West Haven, was arrested June 5 on a charge of conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $500 bond with a court date of July 10.

Ouafaa Kouhaila, 47, of Meriden, was arrested June 5 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on July 20.

Michael W. Lawrence, 38, of Wallingford, was arrested June 6 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 31.

Eric M. Lefebvre, 52, of Wallingford, was arrested June 7 on three counts of violating protective order – threatening/harassment/assault and one count of first-degree harassment. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of July 21.

Emma G. Rivera, 52, of Meriden, was arrested June 8 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, traveling unreasonably fast, and operating under suspension. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of July 27.

Juan C. Luna, 44, of New Haven, was arrested June 8 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 18.

Dante L. Kelsey, 42, of Naugatuck, was arrested June 8 on a charge of conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 4.

Shiquon D. Santos, 32, of Waterbury, was arrested June 8 on three counts of interfering with an officer/resisting, and one count each of third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, possession of controlled substance – first offense, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 2.

Michelle A. Scoppetto, 33, of Waterbury, was arrested June 8 on a charge of conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 4.
